1. Cancellation Clients may cancel services at any time before the project is initiated. Once the project has started, cancellation may incur a fee, depending on the scope of the work completed. A written notice of cancellation must be sent to info@thethoughtbistro.com .

2. Refunds Refunds are issued under specific circumstances:

• If the work has not been initiated and payment has been made, the client is entitled to a full refund.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 24 Hours of payment assuming no work was initiated .

3. Non-Refundable Services Some services, such as marketing campaigns that are already live or customized content creation, may not be eligible for a refund once they are in progress.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Delivery of Digital Services As all services provided by Thought Bistro LLP are digital in nature, there is no physical shipping involved. Deliverables (such as ad scripts, videos, and campaigns) will be sent to the client via email or a shared file platform.

2. Delivery Timeframes Delivery times for projects will vary depending on the service:

• Content creation
