Clients must provide necessary content, materials, and any required information in a timely manner to ensure smooth project execution.

5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights to any work created for clients remain with Thought Bistro LLP until full payment is made. Upon full payment, ownership of the deliverables will be transferred to the client.

6. Limitation of Liability
Thought Bistro LLP shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
